For Airlines

With a single, flexible contract, your organization can access temporary flight or maintenance professionals without requiring a fixed base.
We sign a flat-fee agreement between your company and Avioverse, ensuring predictable costs — regardless of the professional’s salary.
Once the agreement is signed, the professional continues through your own internal onboarding steps:

– ✅ Drug and alcohol testing
– ✅ Background and security clearance

This model simplifies compliance, controls cost, and accelerates onboarding — especially when time matters.
It’s also ideal for working with part-time personnel under lease agreements, or when subcontracting is not permitted, helping you remain compliant while streamlining the process.

For Candidates

After initial contact with the airline — or as directed by them — you will negotiate your salary and terms directly with the airline. Avioverse does not interfere in that discussion.
If the airline agrees to move forward, you will sign a services contract with Avioverse to formalize the engagement.
Once confirmed, you are free to begin offering your services to the airline.

As an independent professional, you are responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

This model gives you maximum flexibility, while keeping things structured and transparent for both sides.
